Xirriquiteula Teatre

Xirriquiteula Theatre was founded in Badalona (Barcelona) in 1985. During all these years of existence we have created and produced street theatre shows as well as productions for the stage aimed at audiences of all ages.

We have worked with different directors over the past two decades and our shows are the product of our vocation to research, learn and improve as artists and creators. Each project has always been “hand crafted”. We pay attention to the smallest details, giving the best we have to offer in order to produce quality theatre for the smallest and the youngest.

We seek high levels of quality and authenticity in each project we undertake, taking new steps as artists with each show we produce.

Toc de Fusta

‘We want to work wood and create, out of it, large format automatons. We want to play and make you play with their mechanical working. Move to squares and streets the little puzzles we try to solve when constructing an automaton. And we do it for the littlest ones, without forgetting that sometimes we all would love to go back in time and become a child again.’

Toc de Fusta is a Street Art Company that thinks up and builds creative installations, with play and interaction as the soul that brings emotions, breaking the wall between the scene and the audience.

Inspira Teatre

Inspira Teatre is a theatre company for all audiences created in 2011 by Esther Westermeyer. The pillars on which its shows are based are the arts of rhythm (music, theatre and dance).

The company has always sought to be close to children, to be at the service of their growth and development, trying to wake up and stimulate the dreaming citizen in themselves.

For us, music, songs and movement are an important means of expression and connection with the public. All our shows meet the highest quality standards. They use a lively and familiar language where different artistic disciplines merge.

Teatre Nu

We are a collective of performing arts professionals who create and tour performing our own work. In twenty years of history we have created nineteen shows and we have made more than two thousand perfomances.

We see the theatre as a community art, in which the sum of individual talents make each new project grow. We are from Sant Martí de Tous, a little town in the Anoia region, from where we look to export our project everywhere.

The space where we work, The House of Teatre Nu is a venue open to the public and professionals to welcome concerns, ideas, projects and multiple sensitivities. Currently, we have more than a dozen shows going on at any given time.
